Instead of expanding a revenue-critical legacy shell, we built a new Soccer Services environment with fresh UX and are moving content over in stages.

Course cards now reveal two clear paths on hover, replacing a single "Learn more" that sent people back and forth. Validated with guided, think-aloud user testing. Relaunch is planned for spring.

Partnership landing page

A ticketing and rewards page for a national bank partner, with logo lockup and creative clearance handled. Built light: duplicate, swap, ship.

Match location filter

Renamed "game location" to "my location," resolved three overlapping location concepts, and made it consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Model Portfolio, J.P. Morgan Asset Management

One brand. A family of tools.

Financial advisors use Model Portfolio to analyze and modify client portfolios. It sits inside a family of Asset Management tools that had each grown on their own, and the drift was showing: different components, different spacing, a weaker brand.

I audited the patterns in use, proposed scalable components to replace one-offs, and helped roll the Tools design system across the web apps so every initiative read as one product. Agency work at Goods & Services, 2023.

Clear Reception, Marilyn K. Glick Center for Glass

A studio you can visit from anywhere.

Glassblowing is spectacular to watch and nearly impossible to share: a specialized space, a physical craft, projects that take months. Interviews with faculty, alumni, and students all pointed to the same gap. Remarkable work with no way to reach people.

I designed an interactive 360 tour around three themes from that research: promote student work, educate on the process, preserve the collection's history. The work ran end to end, from user flows and interface to capturing and grading the panoramas. It debuted at the premiere of a documentary that began with David Letterman's idea for a glass piece that records its own making.
